Set a timer for 10 minutes. At the start of every minute, do the following. Rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Min 1: 15 Squats
- Min 2: 10 Pushups (knees or toes)
- Min 3: 20 Jumping Jacks (or low impact step-outs)
- Min 4: 30 second Plank
- Min 5: Rest & Repeat
