How cancellation works
Direct recurring subscriptions purchased from Balance on or after 1 September 2026 require 30 days' notice. Billing and access continue during that period. If your coaching plan still has an initial minimum, the later date applies.
Subscriptions purchased earlier keep the terms accepted at purchase. Apple and Google subscriptions use the store's cancellation timing.
Log in to continue
Use the Balance account connected to your subscription. After login, open Profile and choose Cancel subscription.
Keep your Balance access while taking time off payments. New invoices during the pause are waived, billing resumes automatically on the date you choose, and any balance already issued remains due. This one-time pause is available before cancellation.
Your cancellation date
Type CANCEL below to confirm. This stops renewal on the date shown. It does not delete your Balance account or automatically refund past charges.
