Fair Refund Policy

Unclear or unfair refund policies are frustrating. We appreciate the trust implicit in your decision to purchase our program. While we are confident that you will love our program and want to make it a part of your life, we also understand that there might be reasons that our program might not be a good fit for you due to personal, medical or other unforeseen circumstances.

1. OVERVIEW

Our “Fair Refund Policy” allows for a full or partial refund of initial or renewal Subscription Service payments under specific circumstances outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure fair treatment while maintaining the integrity of our digital coaching and content delivery.

2. MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS

You may be eligible for a refund if you are unable to start or continue the program due to documented medical reasons:

  • Medical Contraindication: If your treating physician advises in writing that your participation is medically contraindicated within 7 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
  • Hospitalization: In the event of hospitalization or confinement to a long-term care facility for more than 10 days within the first 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
  • Pro-rated Refunds: Hospitalization occurring after the first 30 days will be considered for a pro-rated refund.

All medical claims must be evidenced by a signed note or email from your attending physician sent to shannon@plantbased-balance.org.

3. 365-DAY RESULTS GUARANTEE

To be eligible for a results-based refund, you must demonstrate "Good Faith Effort" in following the program for a minimum of 14 consecutive days.

Good Faith Effort Definition:

For a period of 14 consecutive days at any time during the first 30 days of your purchase, you must complete the following:

  • Prepare and consume meals as provided within your PlantBasedReset Plan.
  • Maintain daily food logs within the platform.
  • Track daily steps as provided in your program.
  • Engage in daily workouts as provided in your program.
  • Engage with our Exclusive Members Community.

Required Proof for Refund:

To process your claim, you must forward the following to shannon@plantbased-balance.org:

  • A photo of at least 1 meal per day from your Plan for 14 consecutive days (or screenshots of food logs).
  • Screenshots of the tracker showing your daily steps for the 14 consecutive days.
  • Screenshots of the tracker showing that you have completed a workout every day for 14 consecutive days.
  • A screenshot of your engagement in our Exclusive Members Group.

4. REFUND PROCEDURES

All requests should be submitted to shannon@plantbased-balance.org for review. Please allow up to three (3) business days for our team to review your documentation. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Note on Disputes: If you initiate a credit card dispute or "chargeback," the refund process will be suspended for 60-90 days while your financial institution completes its investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly first.
