4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Important Billing Notice: By subscribing to a PlantBasedBalance plan, you acknowledge that your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month intervals). Initially offered promotional discounts (such as 50% off) apply to the first billing period only. Subsequent renewals will be processed at the standard, non-discounted rate unless cancelled.

5. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent future charges, cancellation requests must be sent via email to shannon@plantbased-balance.org at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payment information is processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe). Their use of your personal data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
